  • 8oz Self Raising Flour
  • 2oz Butter
  • 150ml Milk
  • 1oz Caster Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Raisins

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200
Mix flour and salt together
Add raisiins
Rub in the butter
Add sugar
Add milk slowly to create a dough
Lightly knead
Make dough in to 8 small bun shapes
Place on a floured baking tray and brush with milk
Bake for 15 minutes until golden on top

Use milk to brush the top instead of egg
