- 12 medium potatoes
- 40 g butter, melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 C.
Make vertical slits 2mm apart, three quarters of the way through each potato.
Step 2
Place potatoes in roasting tray.
Mix oil and butter together, brush over each potato.
Season.
Roast 45 mins.
