  • 2 cups butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup cornflour
  • 3 cups flour
  • chocolate OR candy melts for decorating

Mix all ingredients. Roll between parchment, then refrigerate 1 hr before cutting shapes.

Step 2

Bake for 175 c for 15 mins... or just before edges golden.

Step 3
