  • 15ml (1 tbls) cocoa powder
  • 75g (3oz) softened butter
  • 150g (6oz) icing sugar
  • 15-30ml milk

Step 1

Cut the butter into small cubes and put in a bowl. Beat hard witha wooden spoon until soft and creamy.

Step 2

Sieve the icing sugar and cocoa powder into the bowl, a little at a time.

Step 3

Stir in the milk. Make sure to not add too much so the icing is not too runny.
