CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY TART- by Tracey

. Bring cream to the boil in saucepan
. Remove from heat
. Add chopped up chocolate whisking into cream until totally melted
. Transfer choc mixture into a bowl and put in fridge until very thick but not solid (45 mins)
. Remove from fridge and stir mixture for couple of mins till goes lighter in colour
. Put mixture into pastry flan
. Put raspberries on...... top spacing out a bit
. Put whole pie in fridge till needed
. When about to serve sprinkle icing sugar through sieve on top for decoration.
Voila!!!!!

- Rasperries (fresh)

- Pie flan pastry
