Ingredients

6oz margarine
9oz sugar
9oz s/r flour
4 eggs
2 dspn cocoa
A little milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the margarine & sugar, add beaten eggs & mix well. Fold in the flour & cocoa powder. Pour into an 8 inch round cake tin.
Bake for 40 mins on gas mk4/180 degrees c.
When cool, cut across middle & spread in chocolate buttercream.
Cover top with melted chocolate.
