Chocolate madeleine cakes

- 100 g flour;
- 5 tablespoons shaved corn flower soup;
- 135g sugar;
- 2 large eggs;
- 125 g butter;
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (7g);
- 1sachet baking powder.

Step 1
Preheat the oven.
Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture whitens. While continuing to beat add corn flower, flour, baking powder, melted butter, 3 tbsp cocoa powder (Nesquik). Butter the madeleine cake tin.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into the moulds and bake in the oven 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Once the madeleines are golden and puffed, remove them from the oven and unmould.
Can be eaten warm for those who can't wait... or keep well for a few days in an airtight tin or container.
