Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave with a little water. Mix. Beat the eggs, add sugar, cream and melted chocolate and mix.

Step 2

Place the pastry in a buttered flan tin, prick with a fork. Pour the mixture over the pastry, spread and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Leave to cool at least 10 minutes before removing from the tin.
