- Pie coconut chocolate
- -A shortcrust pastry
- -200g of dark chocolate
- -100g butter
- -125g of sugar
- -4 eggs
- -100g coconut powder
- -1/2 litre cream

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Melt the chocolate and butter over a low heat.
In a bowl, mix the sugar and the eggs.
Add coconut powder and cream.
Roll out the dough in a pan, cover with the melted chocolate, then the Coconut cream.
Bake for 45 minutes of cooking.
