ADD THE STOCK CUBE

POUR IN TO A CASSEROIE DISH
PLACE SLICED POTATOES ON TOP
TEST THE POTATOESES WITH A FORK
TO CHECK THEY ARE COOK IF NOT TURN DOWN THE OVEN TO 160/GAS REG 4 FOR 10 MINUTES
