  • Dough: 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup water
  • half cup extra virgin oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 1 tspoon baking powder
  • Stuff: 1 tspoon oil
  • 400g cooked chicken breasts
  • Tomatoes
  • onion

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the pie (do not mix the baking powder until the stuff and the oven are ready

Step 2

Heat the oil and then place the onion, tomatoes allow them to fry a little and then the chicken.

Step 3

Put half of the mix in a buttered tray, then the chicken and cover with the other half of the mix
