Pumpkin fried rice noodles

- rice noodle
- pumpkin
- sliced onions
- minced garlic
- sliced cabbage
- dried shrimp
- pork/chicken slice
- salt
- dark soy sauce
- light soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Steam the pumpkin until it's cooked.
Step 2
Soak the rice noodle and dried shrimp in water at least 30 min before cooking.
Step 3
Stir-fry the dried shrimp, garlic and onion until the aroma comes out.
Step 4
Add in the pork/chicken slices and stir-fry until they are cooked.
Step 5
Add a pinch of salt.
Step 6
Add the cabbage and stir-fry it for a while.
Step 7
Add in the rice noodle and steamed pumpkin.
Step 8
Add a little amount of dark soy sauce and adequate amount of light soy sauce to taste.
Step 9
Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
