Amazing low carb chocolate cake

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 5 tablespoon grounded almonds
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 4 tablespoon sucralose
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- cream:
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbspoon desiccated coconut
- 3 tbspoon sucralose
- 1 tablespoon corn flour

Preparation
Step 1
cake: Beat the egg whites with the vanilla extract and then mix all the other ingredients, except the baking powder.
Step 2
cream: Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and place it over a low heat and let it come very slowly up to simmering point, which will take approximately 1-2 minutes. Then remove the saucepan from the heat.
Step 3
Place half of the cake mixture in the mould, then pour the cream and cover with the mixture and bake it for about 15 minutes. A skewer inserted into the cake should come out clean.
