Rhubarb 'Cube cakes', raspberry chips and candy floss

Step 1

Peel the rhubarb and cut into small pieces. Melt 20g of salted butter in a pan and stew the rhubarb about 5 mins with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.

Step 2

Melt the butter in the microwave.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and brown sugar. Add the flour and baking powder, the candy floss flavouring and the melted butter. Mix.
Finally, add the broken pieces of raspberries and rhubarb. Mix.
Fill the silicone moulds and bake for about 30 mins.
