Preparation
Step 1
Crumble a chocolate wafer biscuit in each verrine (small dessert glass). Then add a tablespoon (generous enough) of chestnut cream.
Step 2
Whip up the cream then add the vanilla sugar. Use an electric mixer with a chilled mixing bowl or a food processor (on high speed).
Step 3
Crumble another wafer on the chestnut cream, then place a large spoonful of whipped cream on top. If you have a piping bag it will be more convenient.
Step 4
Alternate again the different layers and finish with a wafer on top for decoration. Place in the fridge to chill at least 3 hours before serving.
