Preparation

Step 1

Put the gnocchi in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 2 min. Drain and arrange in a baking dish.

Step 2

The sauce:
Melt the butter. Saute the garlic for 2 minutes. Add flour and milk and cream, stirring constantly for 5 minutes until thickened. Add about 50g of cheese and stir until melted.

Step 3

Pour the sauce over the gnocchi. Sprinkle the dish with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
