- 6oz Butter
- 3oz Sugar
- 8oz Plain Flour

Cream sugar and butter together
Step 2
Gradually work in the flour and need well.
Step 3
roll out to about 1/2 inch thick and place into a large greased sponge tin
Step 4
prick all over and bake at 325-375F
