Ingredients

  • DRY INGREDIENTS:
  • 1.5 Cups Wholemeal Flour
  • 1 Cup White Flour
  • 1 Cup Sweetener
  • 6 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • WET INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 fl oz Syrup
  • 6 fl oz Orange or Apple Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla or Orange Essence
  • 6 ripe mashed Bananas
  • TOPPINGS:
  • Demerara Suger
  • Granola
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Sunflower Seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

Step 2

Measure Wet ingredients in a glass measuring jug

Step 3

Pour wet ingredient mixture into dry ingredient mixture & mix together

Step 4

Leave mixture to stand for 5 mins

Step 5

Pour mixture into 2 lined loaf tins

Step 6

Sprinkle on toppings of your choice

Step 7

Bake for 40 mins on Gas Mark 4

Step 8

Cool on a wire rack & enjoy!
