Ingredients
- DRY INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 Cups Wholemeal Flour
- 1 Cup White Flour
- 1 Cup Sweetener
- 6 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger
- WET INGREDIENTS:
- 4 fl oz Syrup
- 6 fl oz Orange or Apple Juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla or Orange Essence
- 6 ripe mashed Bananas
- TOPPINGS:
- Demerara Suger
- Granola
- Sesame Seeds
- Sunflower Seeds

Step 1
Mix Dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
Step 2
Measure Wet ingredients in a glass measuring jug
Step 3
Pour wet ingredient mixture into dry ingredient mixture & mix together
Step 4
Leave mixture to stand for 5 mins
Step 5
Pour mixture into 2 lined loaf tins
Step 6
Sprinkle on toppings of your choice
Step 7
Bake for 40 mins on Gas Mark 4
Step 8
Cool on a wire rack & enjoy!
