Gluten-free No-bake Banoffee Pie

Gluten Free Banana & Pecan Cake

Ingredients

1 ripe banana
1 1/2 tbsp skimmed milk
70ml of flora cuisine
90g of self raising flour
90g of soft brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 large beaten egg
3 chocolate fudge bars cut into small pieces
50g banana chips
50g of chocolate (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to gas mark 3. Whilst the oven is heating up, mix in a large bowl mashed banana and milk. Whisk the flora cuisine, flour sugar, salt, baking powderand egg together. Then fold in the banana chips and chopped up fudge.

Step 2

Put the mixture into a lined tin, and then bake in the oven until cooked. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the tin and letting it cool further.
