Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 tbsp skimmed milk
  • 70ml of flora cuisine
  • 90g of self raising flour
  • 90g of soft brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 large beaten egg
  • 3 chocolate fudge bars cut into small pieces
  • 50g banana chips
  • 50g of chocolate (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to gas mark 3. Whilst the oven is heating up, mix in a large bowl mashed banana and milk. Whisk the flora cuisine, flour sugar, salt, baking powderand egg together. Then fold in the banana chips and chopped up fudge.

Step 2

Put the mixture into a lined tin, and then bake in the oven until cooked. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the tin and letting it cool further.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate if used and srizzle over the cake and serve.
