- 450g of sugar

-Break 5 eggs into a bowl and add the sugar. Mix well for 5 minutes.
-Then pour this mixture into a saucepan and heat it over low heat. Stir regularly and when the mixture is lukewarm, remove from the heat and to to cool. Meanwhile pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.
-Once the dough has cooled pour it back into your bowl and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the flour little by little, and stop adding flour when the dough is nice and thick and no longer runny.
-Oil your oven tray. Cut out cookie shapes in your dough and place them on the tray. Bake in the oven for about a 7-9 mins. And they're ready!
