Ingredients
- For the brownies:
- 80g of flour
- 125g sugar
- 75g salted butter
- 150g rich dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- Pecan nuts
- 3 tbsp milk jam
- 2 tsp salted butter caramel
- For the cookie dough:
- 165g flour,
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 120g brown sugar
- 100g salted butter
- 1 egg
- Chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the chocolate and butter slowly in a double boiler. Once the chocolate and butter melted, add the liquid salted butter and milk jam.
Add the rest of the brownie ingredients, one by one: sugar, eggs, flour, pecan nuts.
Butter rectangular tin and pour in the mixture.
Step 2
For the cookies, combine the softened butter with sugar. Then add the egg, flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Add this cookie dough over the brownie mix.
Bake 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
