  • plain flour 75g
  • light brown sugar 50-60g (depending how sweet and crispy you want them)
  • butter 50g
  • 2tsp golden syrup
  • 50g smarties

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter and sugar together in a bowl

Step 2

add in flour slowly always stirring

Step 3

finally add in smarties and syrup

Step 4

if you want more of a biscuit then add more flour untill like a dough and roll out with your hands like bread ... then u can use cookie cutter ... if you just want medium round cookies then he mixture needs to be like cake mixture but can be lumpy.
