Tiramisu with Nutella

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp of rum
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto
  • 1 cup of black coffee slightly sweet
  • 3 tablespoons of nutella
  • 40 sponge fingers
  • cocoa powder

Step 1

Separate the whites from the yolks. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the mascarpone, rum, amaretto and nutella. Put a pinch of salt into the egg whites and whisk until stiff. Carefully add them to the mixture.
Line the bottom of a dish (or glass) with a layer of sponge fingers, lightly soaked with coffee. Cover with a layer of the mascarpone cream. Add another layer of fingers soaked in coffee and finish with the remaining cream. Place in the fridge for 10-12 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
