Preparation

Step 1

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the softened mascarpone and beat well. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the cream. Pour a spoonful of mascarpone cream at the bottom of the serving glasses, put some diced mango and then cover with mascarpone cream.

Step 2

Place the glasses in the fridge for 2 hours. Just before serving, decorate with the pips and pulp of the passion fruit and grated coconut. Enjoy chilled.
