Potato wedges with herbs

Peel the potatoes and cut into fairly large quarters
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ras el hanout
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tablespoon of herbs de Provence
