Place sausage meat, mustard, egg, paprika, flour and seasoning into a food processor and blend until well mixed
- 2 cumberland sausages (skins removed)
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard

- Salt and black pepper

- 1 large potato (peeled and chopped)
