  • Fettuccine noodles (fresh are best, but dried will do)
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 C butter

Step 1

Cook pasta in salted, boiling water until tender.

Step 2

Drain pasta under cold water to separate, and then under hot water to heat. Drain again, and place noodles on large platter.

Step 3

Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and add butter (split into 3 equal amounts).

Step 4

Blend cheese and butter into noodles by tossing with forks.
