- 1 egg beaten
- milk
- flour
- 4 chicken breasts - flattened
- seasonings of your choice eg. paprika, salt and pepper, mixed herbs, parmesan (finely grated)

- Fresh whole sea bream (sea bass is a really popular choice as well!), approximately 300-400g
- 2 tbs light soy sauce

- 1/2 tbs vinegar

In a big saucepan boil water with salt and 1 tbs of oil
- Noodles - 400 gm
- Ginger - minced - 1 tbs
- Garlic minced - 1 tbs

- • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce (or other chili pepper sauce)
- • 1/8 cup veggie broth
- • ½ teaspoon sesame oil (optional for taste)
