Manchurian Chicken

1. Marinate the chicken with the flour, cornflour and egg mixture, for an hour
- Ingredients:
- 1 chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tsp flour (full)
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- salt (to taste)
- Ingredients for Sauce:
- 3 to 4 tsp. soya sauce
- 4 tsp vinegar
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp. chilli powder
- 4-6 tsp. oil
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp fresh coriander
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 small green capsicum (optional)
- Salt (to taste)

1. Chop all the vegetables in the food blender
- 1 carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Potato
- 1 courgette
- Small bunch of celery
- 2 big tomatoes
- fresh coriander
- 1 ½ handful cracked wheat
- ½ tin chickpeas
- tomato puree 2tsp
- 1 ½ litres of water
Rabbit and red wine stew

Peel the onions and cut into thick slices
- - 1 rabbit, cut into pieces (1.4 kg)
- - 600 g red onions
- - 1 chopped shallot
- - 30 g + 30 g + 20 g butter

Quick & easy hot-and-sour chicken noodle soup

Bring a small pan of water to the boil and cook the noodles following pack instructions
- 140g dried wholewheat noodles
- 1 tbsp groundnut oil
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
