Authentic Curry influenced from Goan Roast Curry
- 500 grams Beef Boneless cut in cubes & beaten with a wooden hammer, 6 cloves, 6 peppercorns, 4 cardamom pods opened, 4-5 red kashmiri chilly's, 1 " cinnamon stick, 4-5 garlic pods, 1" ginger, 2 bay leaves, 1 tea spoon poppy seeds, 2 tablespoon cumin seeds, 2 tablespoon coriander seeds, half grated coconut, 1 onion, 1 tomato,small ball of tamarind or 2 teaspoon lime juice, 2 tablespoon oil, 3 cups water, ginger & garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, salt to taste.
