Amy's Vegetable and egg fried rice

- 1 carrot
- 4 small mushrooms
- 1 tbsp of soya sauce
- Pinch of salt
- 2 pakchoi leaves

- 130g sunflower seeds
- 50g walnuts
- 5 tbsp. chopped parsley
