  • 2lb Shin Shoga (Fresh Young Ginger)
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 3 Cups Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Wash then peel or rub off the skin from the ginger

Step 2

Salt the ginger in a bowl for about an hour
