- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 grated onion
- pepper

- 1 tbsp hot paprika

- For marinade and frying
- Paneer/ Indian cottage cheese - 250 gm
- Plain flour - 4 tbs
- Cornflour - 2 tbs

- 75 gm unsalted butter
