A quick and easy pasta dish
- 500g Passata
- 2 tsp Garlic Granules
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Thyme

Heat the oil. When it's hot, add the chillies, ginger, lime leaves and cook a few minutes until crisp
- 4x200g fish fillets (red tuna or salmon)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
