Beef and Stilton Pasties

Makes 10 small pasties for a starter, or eat a couple with salad or chips as a main meal.
Ingredients
- 200g self raising flour
- 15g butter
- Salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 75g rump steak, finely chopped
- 50g stilton, chopped or crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220oC
Step 2
Add flour, butter and pinch of salt into a food processor. Blend until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Add one egg and milk and blend again until thick dough.
Step 4
Roll out dough on a floured surface to 0.5cm thickness.
Step 5
Cut out 10 x 10cm circles and lay on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Put a small amount of steak and stilton on each round. Season with salt and pepper. Fold over to make half moon shapes and pinch the edges to seal.
Step 7
Beat egg in a small bowl and brush over each pasty.
Step 8
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.
