Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl rub the Butter and the flour together to form a 'breadcrumbs' consistency.

Step 2

Gradually add the water, while stirring, till it forms a ball. Don't add more water once it forms a ball.

Step 3

Wrap in Clingfilm and place in the fridge.

Step 4

Cook the sausages in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until slightly brown in colour.

Step 5

While cooking, in a mixing bowl pour the beans and add the cheese.

Step 6

Once the sausages are cooked cut them in to small pieces. Add these to the bowl. Mix the ingredients together.

Step 7

Roll the pastry out to the thickness of a £1 coin. Cut either into a square or a circle. There should be enough to make 4.

Step 8

In the middle of the pastry add the mixture, fold and seal. Pierce the top with a fork to allow the steam to escape. Brush with an egg wash.

Step 9

Place in the oven till golden.
