Preparation
Step 1
Get out a nice big pan. Drizzle on some olive oil and put on low heat.
Step 2
Cut up the chicken and throw into the pan. Watch it sizzle! Cut the vegetables.
Step 3
Once the chicken is tender and cooked throughout, move to high heat, sprinkle on some garlic salt and let it crisp slightly so that the outside is golden.
Step 4
Add the chopped vegetables and more oil if required.
Step 5
When there is little water vapour, ie. the vegetables are sufficiently fried, add the noodles by taking a few out at a time and stirring them into the mix.
Step 6
Once the noodles are in, pour in the sauce.
Step 7
Leave for a few minutes on low heat so that the sauce can soak in.
Step 8
Serve!
Add soy sauce for an extra kick of flavour!
