Portuguese fish stew

Mediterranean with a spicy kick
- 4 white fish fillets
- 200g orzo pasta
- 1 sweet red pepper
- ½ onion
- 400g tinned chopped tomatoes
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 200ml beer
- 200ml fish or vegetable stock
- ½ tsp dried red chilli flakes
Chinese style Noodles with Vegetables and eggs

In a big saucepan boil water with salt and 1 tbs of oil
- Noodles - 400 gm
- Ginger - minced - 1 tbs
- Garlic minced - 1 tbs
- Onion - 2 (sliced lenghtwise )
- Spring onions - 5 ( chop white and green separately)
- Shredded cabbage - 2 cups
- Carrot - 2 large ( chopped lenghtwise )
- Soya sauce - 5 tbs
- Chilly garlic sauce - 4 tbs
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame oil
- Eggs - 2
- Green pepper/ Capsicum- 1 large ( chopped lenghtwise )

Prepare the pastry: Place the flour in a bowl
- The shortcrust pastry:
- 50 gr of flour
- 125 gr butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch salt, water
- For the tart:
- 700 g fresh tomatoes
- 300g tinned tuna in brine
- 4 eggs
- 25 cl of liquid whipping cream
- 1 Neufchatel cheese (200 gr), or you can use a low-fat cream cheese or try camembert or brie
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper

- 100g good quality soft cheese, such as Boursin. The one I use is a sundried tomato, garlic and herbs cream cheese from my local market.
- For the dip:
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- A teaspoon of very hot habanero sauce
