- 6 x cloves of garlic
- 2 table spoons of brown sauce
- 2 table spoons of oil
- 2 tables spoons of madras powder
- 1 and a half tables spoons of all purpose seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Put your meat into a container that has a lid, then add the all purpose seasoning, madras powder, oil and brown sauce.Then coat the meat with it.
Step 2
Evenly distribute the cloves of garlic into the container ensuring the meat covers them. Chop the onion into rings and place on the top. Cover with a lid and leave to marinate for at least 5 hours.
Step 3
Fry off the onion and garlic until they are golden. Then remove them from the pan and put them on a side dish.
Step 4
Fry off the meat. Add the onion and garlic and boiling water to fill half of the pan.
Step 5
Cook the meat then leave to simmer for 3 hours. (occasionally stirring and adding water if needed).
Step 6
Serve with rice and peas and enjoy!
