Ingredients
- 150ml double cream
- 15ml full cream milk
- ½ a very large potato (peeled and very thinly sliced)
- 25g butter
- 100g Stilton (crumbled)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200oC
Step 2
Pour cream and milk into large saucepan and bring to simmer.
Step 3
Add potato slices, butter, stilton, garlic, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Spoon into overnproof dish and sprinkle with stilton.
Step 5
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown on top.
