  • Potatoes (1 bag)
  • Leeks (4 finely chopped)
  • Milk (2 pts)
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Dried mixed herbs

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes and leeks in separate pans.

Step 2

Once cooked, drain the water and mix the leeks and potatoes

Step 3

Add the milk, salt, pepper and mixed herbs.

Step 4

Blend all the ingredients together.

Step 5

Put back on the hob and let it simmer for 5 mins.

Step 6

Serve hot with crusty bread.
