Easy pirashki dough recipe.
- 5-6 big spoons of ordinary plain yoghurt
- As much flour as necessary.
- Pinch of salt.
- 1 big spoon of sugar.
- A pinch of ginger

Place all of the ingredients I'm a big bowl.
Mix and knead the ingredients till you are left with a non-sticky dough.
Divide the mixture up into 10 equal flat pieces.
Put the ingredients you have chosen onto one of the pieces and close it up.
Then finally put each piece into a big pan filled with boiling/hot water and oil on a medium/low heat.
Heat for about 6 minutes then serve hot.
Heat for no longer than 6 minutes or will burn.
