  • 5-6 big spoons of ordinary plain yoghurt
  • As much flour as necessary.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 1 big spoon of sugar.
  • A pinch of ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Place all of the ingredients I'm a big bowl.

Step 2

Mix and knead the ingredients till you are left with a non-sticky dough.

Step 3

Divide the mixture up into 10 equal flat pieces.

Step 4

Put the ingredients you have chosen onto one of the pieces and close it up.

Step 5

Then finally put each piece into a big pan filled with boiling/hot water and oil on a medium/low heat.

Step 6

Heat for about 6 minutes then serve hot.

Heat for no longer than 6 minutes or will burn.
