- 1 tbsp manuka honey
- 1/4 cucumber - finely sliced

- 2 tablespoons Green curry paste
- 1 tablespoon Palm sugar
- 1-2 stalks Thai Lemongrass
- 6-8 Fresh Kaffir lime leaves, torn into pieces
