Teriyaki Chicken and Shiitake Mushrooms

Stir-fried Teriyaki Chicken and Shiitake Mushrooms, great with hot steamed rice or noodles!
- 200g deboned and diced chicken thigh
- 2 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 thin slices ginger
- 3 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade

- 2 C rice, cooked
- 2 C tomatoes
- 1 C chicken stock
- 1/2 C green pepper, finely sliced

Melt the butter and marshmallows in a heat proof bowl in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds

- 400g white Marshmallows
- 50g butter
- 6 melted marshmallows
- A handful of currants
- Strips of jelly sweets (as many as you like)
- 300g fondant (either 2 different colours 200g for the hats & scarves 100g for scarves and noses or white and 2 gel colours)
