- for 4-5 pancakes:
- 2 eggs
- 140 gr plain flour
- 220 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- for apples in syrup:
- 3 apples
- 35 gr unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoon sugar
