Ingredients
- 3 cooking apples (medium)
- 6oz granulated sugar
- 6oz butter or cooking margarine
- 10oz Self-raising flour
- 2 long sticks of rhubarb
- Cinnamon sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the butter and flour in a using your fingers until fine.
Step 2
Add in the sugar and mix evenly.
Step 3
Wash the rhbuard and slice into 2cm - 3cm pieces.
Decore and peel apples? Slice into thin, but not fine, pieces.
Step 4
Put the rhubarb and apple into a casserole dish.
Sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar, to your desired taste.
Step 5
Pop the dish in the middle of the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Heat some custard, if required.
