Apple pancakes with cinnamon

It is our family recipe and we like to cook it with my daughter, especially when it is autumn. Cold weather,but we are sitting inside watching TV and eating hot pancakes with apples and cinnamon syrup. Sometimes we add vanilla ice cream on the side.

Ingredients
- for 4-5 pancakes:
- 2 eggs
- 140 gr plain flour
- 220 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- for apples in syrup:
- 3 apples
- 35 gr unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1

Beat eggs, add salt and sugar. Mix it for a while.
Step 2

Add 100 ml of milk and mix it again. Then add flour and whisk it properly. After add 120 ml of milk. Whisk it and in the end we have to receive batter,consistence like in my picture
Step 3

Add vegetable oil , mix it and set aside for 15 minutes
Step 4

Meanwhile peel apples and cut into quarters and then quarter again.
Step 5

Heat the pan over a medium heat add the butter and sugar.Let the sugar melt in the butter
Step 6

Then add apples and cinnamon and heat it on a low to medium heat until the apples becomes soft
Step 7

While your apples are stewing, take another pan and heat it on high heat, after spread a little bit of vegetable oil all over it .Do it every time you are cooking a new pancake
Step 8

When pan is hot, turn down the heat a little bit, between medium to high and spread one ladle of batter on pan
Step 9

When you see that from the side of the pancake becomes a golden color, carefully flip it
Step 10

Leave it for a little bit on the pan (15 seconds apprx) and then your pancake is ready.put in the middle apples (It has to be ready already) and pour syrup on the top of pancake and inside with apples
