A banana recipe for people who don't like bananas
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 170g (6oz) (just) melted butter
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda in 1tbsp water
- 170g (6oz) brown sugar
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 255-285g (9 oz-10oz) plain flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

- For the brioche:
- 500g flour
- 250g milk
- 1 egg
- Baker's yeast (about 20g)
- 60g butter at room temperature
- 50g of sugar
- 2 tsp salt

- 100g almond powder
- 75g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 50g butter
- For the custard cream:
- 1 sachet, custard powder to mix (thick)
