  • 30g gluten free oats
  • 1 banana
  • chopped
  • 2 tbsp manuka honey
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 100ml apple juice
  • 300ml dairy free yoghurt (can use VBites)

Step 1

Prepare the banana. Then place all the ingredients into a blender. Whizz until pureed, thick and creamy. Then pour into tall glasses and serve.

Refrigerated and consumed after a day or so, the smoothie is much smoother and thicker. Try something different by adding blueberries, strawberries, mango, pear, prunes or pineapple.
