- 3 - 4 sprigs of thyme
- 1 large green chilli, finely chopped

- 1 medium onion
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium sized pumpkin
- 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
